The Bolong high temperature aerobic fermentation tank is a manure treatment system designed for large-scale livestock farms. This equipment features a fully enclosed vertical structure and uses a high-temperature aerobic fermentation process to rapidly convert a variety of manure, including that from chickens, pigs and cattle, into organic fertiliser within 24 hours.
The equipment operates within a fully enclosed system. Exhaust gases are treated by a spray deodorisation system, which achieves an ammonia and hydrogen sulfide removal rate of over 90%. All leachate is collected and treated, which eliminates the risk of groundwater contamination. This helps farms to meet environmental inspection requirements and reduces the risk of fines for production shutdowns.
The equipment is equipped with a PLC-based, fully automated control system that allows for preset operating parameters and one-button start/stop functionality. This enables a management model in which 'one operator manages multiple units', which significantly reduces labour costs.
Although the initial fermentation cycle takes around seven days, the optimised, high-temperature, aerobic fermentation process ensures subsequent batches are fully decomposed within 24 hours. This enables rapid processing and prevents the build-up of manure and secondary pollution.
