In Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines, high-density breeding models have generated significant economic benefits, but have also triggered severe environmental challenges. Traditional open-air composting and simple treatment methods can no longer meet the increasingly strict environmental regulations and market requirements.
High environmental risk: leachate may contaminate groundwater during the rainy season, and odours can spread severely in hot and humid environments, leading to complaints from neighbours.
Major hygiene hazards: Open-air piling easily breeds mosquitoes, flies and pathogens, increasing the risk of disease transmission.
Low efficiency: Manual turning is labour-intensive and costly; natural fermentation cycles are long (usually taking months) and the level of maturity is inconsistent.

In light of these challenges, reducing, treating harmlessly and utilising manure has become an essential question for breeding enterprises looking to reduce costs, increase efficiency and operate in compliance.
To address the above issues, Bolong has launched a high-temperature aerobic fermentation tank specifically designed for large-scale breeding farms. This equipment uses advanced enclosed high-temperature aerobic fermentation technology and intelligent control systems to precisely regulate the fermentation environment, completely changing the traditional extensive composting method.
PLC automatic control: It is equipped with a PLC automatic control system that monitors and adjusts the temperature, oxygen supply and stirring frequency in real time. Frequent manual turning is not required, which significantly reduces labour costs and ensures the fermentation process remains in an optimal state.
Efficient enclosed odor removal: The fully enclosed structural design, combined with an odour removal system, effectively blocks the leakage of foul gases, such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia, generated during the fermentation process.
Rapid Harmless Treatment: Through continuous high-temperature (55-75°C) aerobic fermentation, bacteria and weed seeds in manure can be killed in a short time (usually 7-10 days), achieving thorough harmless treatment and producing safe, stable organic fertiliser raw materials.
Wide Material Adaptability: It is suitable for various types of livestock manure, including chicken, pig, cattle, duck and sheep manure, as well as for agricultural organic waste resource utilisation projects.
